Privacy Policy

This explains what personal data we collect when you tell us about a space that could host a Vendibles vending machine, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Who we are
Vendibles Pte Ltd (UEN 202026552C) provides vending machine rental and management in Singapore, and operates vendibles.sg and this page. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Vendibles.

What we collect
- When you fill in the form. Your name, mobile number, email address, the name and address of the business or building, the type of place, rough daily foot traffic, whether you can approve a machine, whether there is a power point, and anything else you tell us about the space.
- When we visit or speak with you. Notes and photos of the proposed spot, and notes from our conversations about whether it suits a machine.
- When you contact us directly. Your contact details and the content of your message.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics or cookies of our own on this page. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts.
Why we use it
- To respond to you and arrange a site visit.
- To assess whether your space suits a vending machine.
- To contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about hosting a machine.
- To prepare and manage a location agreement, if you go ahead.
Your consent, and taking it back
By sending the form and ticking the consent box, you agree to us using your personal data for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing or messaging us. We will then stop using your data and delete it, unless a legal reason requires us to keep part of it.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- Service providers. Form answers are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), and we use standard business email, WhatsApp and video-call services to stay in touch with you. Data passes through these providers only so we can respond to you.
Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for the purposes above. If a machine does not go ahead at your space, we keep them only while there is a reasonable chance of a future placement, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Keeping it secure
Form answers go into a private spreadsheet that only Vendibles can open. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the people affected and the Personal Data Protection Commission, as the PDPA requires.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you, and how it has been used in the past year.
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.
Email vendibles.sg@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If we cannot meet that, we will tell you when we can.

Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version always lives at this address.
